After celebrating over 50 years of sold-out shows across the world, the band has decided to have one final bombastic tour as their farewell, all showcased here one night only at Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix.
Dating back to their first show here in Phoenix, Arizona, on August 9th 1977, at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum and spanning more than five decades of hits and influences, Journey has retained the title of being one of the most influential bands of all time. With The Final Frontier as their personal farewell to their audience all over the globe, Journey will bring their absolute A-game, with The Final Frontier being undoubtedly one of their most ambitious tours ever done.
Taking inspiration from the classic Star Trek phrase, “Final Frontier," Journey has specifically chosen their final tour name as a final swan song, honoring and playing from multiple mega-hit albums such as"Frontiers," “Escape,” and "Departure." With no opener starting the show, the band will be playing nearly all of their songs for a 2 and a half hour performance of pure Journey.
Whether you’ve sung your heart out singing "Open Arms," have wandered and rolled down the window through the city with "Lights," or felt personally related to the story of Jonathan Cain and the track “Don’t Stop Believin’,” now has never been a better time to see Journey on their final stop here in Phoenix, Arizona.
