Movements Triumphantly Return to the Stage at Crescent Ballroom

On August 11, 2021, the Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, Arizona, hosted a night of emotionally charged performances as Movements returned to the stage for their first tour since the COVID-19 pandemic. Supported by openers Soft Blue Shimmer and Cheridomingo, the evening showcased a blend of shoegaze, alternative rock, and post-hardcore, reaffirming the resilience and passion of the live music scene.​

Soft Blue Shimmer opened the night with their signature shoegaze sound, enveloping the audience in lush, reverb-heavy textures. Their set featured tracks like "Chihiro," "Shinji," and "Sunpools," which transported listeners into a dreamlike state. Cheridomingo took the stage next, delivering a dynamic performance that blended alternative rock with punk influences.
