Crankdat Powers Through a Massive Night at Rawhide Event Center

May 11, 2026 • by Phyoe Thaung

There are nights where the bass feels loud enough to shake the room, and then there are nights where it feels loud enough to shake the ground beneath it. On May 9, 2026, Crankdat brought that kind of energy to Rawhide Event Center for a Relentless Beats event that turned the sprawling desert venue into a wall of movement from start to finish. Long before the headliner stepped on stage, the crowd had already packed tightly against the barricade, waiting for the kind of release that only a lineup this heavy could deliver.

Support throughout the night built steadily, each artist pulling the room deeper into the atmosphere before handing things off to the next. Casey Club opened things with sharp transitions and fast-paced low-end pressure, giving the early crowd something to lock into immediately. Zen Selekta followed with a set that leaned darker and more immersive, layering deep basslines through the venue while lights cut through the dust and haze hanging over the grounds. By the time Zingara took over, the energy had fully shifted. Her blend of melodic textures and heavier drops gave the night its first real eruption, sending waves of movement through the crowd and setting the stage perfectly for the headliner.

When Crankdat finally stepped out, the reaction hit instantly. The floor surged forward as his set launched into nonstop momentum, packed with hard cuts, massive drops, and the kind of pacing that barely gave the room a second to breathe. Tracks like “STFU” landed exactly how they were supposed to, pulling huge responses from a crowd that screamed every word before the drops crashed back in. The production amplified everything, with towering visuals and relentless lighting turning the Rawhide grounds into something closer to sensory overload than a standard EDM show.

What made the night work so well was the venue itself. Rawhide Event Center thrives on scale, and events like this know how to use it. The open-air setup gave the sound room to spread while still keeping the crowd compressed enough to feel connected. Everywhere you looked, people were moving, headbanging near the rails, shuffling further back, groups climbing onto shoulders as the bigger moments hit. The entire night carried the feeling of a crowd fully locked into the same frequency.

Relentless Beats has spent years building events that feel larger than a single set, and this night carried that same identity. Crankdat’s rise over the last few years has pushed him into a much bigger space within electronic music, but the appeal of his live show still comes down to immediacy. Everything hits hard, moves fast, and keeps the room engaged. For a few hours in Chandler, Rawhide became exactly what it needed to be, loud, chaotic, and completely alive.
